So I know it's a little ridiculous that I haven't blogged since... finals week? I would blame it on the fact that my apartment hasn't had internet, but that's just not the reason. Sometimes I feel like people don't care what I have to say, but I know that's not true! Especially since you are all pestering me to blog, so here it is!
So I just got done reading the Italy chapter in eat pray love, and it got me thinking about what things I do with my time that make me happy. Honestly it was kind of hard to think of things. Mostly all I came up with was activities that I do with people that make them happy, but what do I do for my sheer pleasure? After some thinking, I realized what made me most happy was being in nature. Hiking, camping, or just laying in a soft bed of grass. I am planning to do a lot more "naturey" things in my summer weeks, even if it is just taking walk on a cool night.
My room is pink! I love my pink room.
I'm sad I had to miss out on Megan's birthday. I just got done reading Brad's quotes, and it really made me miss the group. Working sucks. Responsibility sucks. And most of all weekends at Target suck! I miss everyone a lot already. But I am excited for next year, and I will have fun no matter the circumstances!! Which gets me thinking about my new theory on moods and hapiness, but that is another blog!
I'm ready for Kirsten to come home.

i cant even explain to you how excited i was when i saw that you updated! if i could post a picture as a comment just to show how big my smile was, i would. maybe that should be another entry of mine haha!
ReplyDeletei also love laying in beds of soft grass! in fact, i did that just the other day! i would love to share that experience with you. not just because i love it, but to do something that you truly love to do with your time. next week, picnic at the duck pond in bed of soft grass?
